About Me

On Q Communications was born out of a passion to help companies grow. Founded by me, Esther Rose, a senior communications executive with more than 20 years of experience working in the B2B sector, primarily in the commercial real estate and legal industries.

Previously an account supervisor with Brower Group, I oversaw all of the firm's accounts, providing a full complement of marketing services. After moving to New York, I was hired by national commercial real estate services firm, Studley (now Savills) as its national public relations director and then transitioned to the legal sector as the head of communications for Am Law 200 law firm Wilson Elser.

Now on my own, I enthusiastically transform my clients into thought leaders and rainmakers by creating and implementing strategic communications plans.
